Access Community Capital (ACC) is a nonprofit organization, with the mission of supporting the creation of strong communities and economic development by making strategic investments and forming effective partnerships. ACC provides loans, grants, and investments to assist small business growth and economic development in low-moderate income communities. ACC also provides mission-related program services such as capacity-building technical assistance and grant making. ACC offers educational programs, conducts research and development on economic development challenges and opportunities, pilots new programs and products, advocates for systems change, and promotes increased levels of public and private support for the creation and preservation of access to affordable capital to the underserved, including low- and moderate-income communities.
